Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) can be granted in education consultancy businesses in Nepal with up to 51% foreign ownership, provided that a 49% stake is held by a Nepali partner. The regulation of such FDI investments falls under the Department of Industry (DOI) or Investment Board of Nepal.
