Our History
Founded in 1989, Bhandari Law and Partners has grown to be one of the most established corporate legal offices in Nepal. Our team of advocates and colleagues has assisted clients in several jurisdictions in arbitration, foreign investment and energy and infrastructure law for over 37 years.
We represent multinational companies, international corporations, banks and financial institutions, foreign companies, foreign courts, INGOs and governmental entities. This broad spectrum of experience demonstrates the trust in our firm and the strength of our advice capabilities.

The practice is led by Advocate Thahar Bahadur Bhandari, a senior practitioner with over 37 years of standing in the legal community. Our commercial transactions division is headed by Advocate Nabin Bhandari, who oversees our cross-border operations.
