1. Background of the Law Firm
Bhandari Law and Partners is the leading law firm in Nepal working in wide areas of practice including Arbitration, Foreign Investment Law, Energy and Infrastructure Law, Construction Law, Public Procurement and Government Contract, Project Finance, Banking Finance and Insurance law, Intellectual Property Law, Entertainment Law, Capital Market, Privacy and Data Protection, White Collars Crimes, Employment Law, Taxation Law, Telecommunication Media and Technology law, Competition, and Antitrust Law, Commercial Litigation, Civil and Criminal Litigation and amongst other various corporate issues.
2. About the Corporate Law Practice Fellowship
The Corporate Law Practice Fellowship Program was established by the firm on 2023 and the program was continued on 2024. It aims to promote corporate law practice in Nepal by providing the next generation of lawyers with both practical experience and theoretical knowledge, offering valuable insights on corporate law practice. Building on the foundation, the firm is proud to announce the continuation of this prestigious program for 2025.
Under the Fellowship, students will be trained (with the practical exposure) on following subject matter:

| 5 | Advise on Market Entry of Foreign Companies and the Establishment of Liaison and Branch Offices in Nepal |
| 6 | Drafting Corporate Documents |
| 7 | Preparation of Legal Due Diligence Report |
| 8 | Preparation of Brief and Drafting Arbitration and Litigation Cases |
| 9 | Liaison with Government, Judicial, and Quasi-Judicial Bodies |
| 10 | Deal with other various corporate law matters. |
3. Required Qualification:
- Law Student of 4th Year and 5th Year ( or equivalent Semester)
- Strong English and Nepali writing/speaking skills.
4. Application Documents
- Letter of Interest,
- Curriculum Vitae (It should include the academic performance of their law school till the date) and
- Sample of legal writing in English (May include article, term paper etc.) (Not mandatory but recommend to include to manifest the credentials).
5. Others details:
- Time Period of Fellowship: 3 Months
- Required Number: 4 Persons
- Submission Deadline: 23 February, 2025
- Remuneration: Basic Remuneration, Travelling cost and Tiffin cost shall be provided.
